Quarantine can sometimes be heartbreaking! There's a local newspaper which reported of an incident where a father (who is a soldier) was permitted to take a leave for 15 days. When he arrived in their hometown, he was quarantined in a separate facility for 14 days, so he only has a day to spend with his family! Can you believe that?!? 😢
