This is a beautiful thought @swedishdragon. But I have read from a magazine that loneliness is not the same as solitude. Rather, loneliness "more often suggests isolation accompanied by a longing for company." While solitude refers to the situation of someone who by wish is cut off from normal contact.
Loneliness is complex and there may be no immediate solution. Yet, we can successfully cope with it. One thing that the magazine suggests is to follow the Golden Rule: "All things, therefore, that you want men do to you, you also must likewise do to them." So if we want others to be friendly to us, we should be friendly to them. If we want others to open up with us, open up with them.
One thing more that can help combat loneliness is giving. "There is more happiness in giving than in receiving." If we give our time to help others, we will be happier.
Overcoming loneliness is beneficial for our health. Hope you can overcome it as well.
Take the best of care.
