I have read so many posts about friends who became tired of our beloved Steemit Community because of the lack of interactions between each one of us and the lack of recognition with their work. And that pains my heart so much, because I really wanted this community to continue to thrive and grow, and even reach out to others in order for them to join our community as well.
If we want for this community to grow, how about spending 50/50? Example, we spend 30 minutes to make a post and we spend another 30 minutes to read and comment posts of others, so that we will be able to interact with each other, know each other more, and forge friendship. How about that? Make an initiative. As they say, "to be a friend, be one." 馃槏
If we do, that friendship will make us stay, because we want to stay connected with each other. And perhaps we can change the mind of those who are contemplating to leave, and make them stay instead!
