Now it's time for my hunt for letter H, by the very talented @barbara-orenya.
HUMONGOUS WINDMILL
We happened to visit the Bangui Wind Farm in the north of the country, and the windmills there are humongous that humans appeared like ants in comparison to its size.
Each windmill stands 230 feet tall and they are arranged in a single row stretching along a nine-kilometer shoreline off Bangui Bay.
We apparently visited in the most ordinary of days because there wasn't any other tourists around. The place was all to ourselves!
I love how blue the skies were that day, contrasting the gigantic wind turbines in front of us.
HIDING SUN
I am amazed whenever I see this spectacle. Science call it crepuscular rays, I call it spectacular. And this hiding sun is one of the spectacular views I enjoyed en route to one of the islands in Samar, Philippines.
It was nearing sundown and I was excited that I would be able to see it while at sea. And I wasn't disappointed. I am amazed with the beauty that unfolds before my very eyes!
HUGE TREE
This photo was taken at Kings Park, Western Australia. Our young was just over a year old, trying to walk by himself. The stark contrast of him and the huge tree is a sight to remember. This is one of those that are for keeps!
HEART-WARMING SHADOW
This is of course my favorite shadow of all time!!! @melinda010100 might remember this as well, because this is one of my earliest entry.
I know I don't have to expound why this is my favorite.
He was just a day old, and we were trying to bathe him in the warmth of the sun's early rays. And as we do, we noticed a heart-warming shadow of us--the very new family of three.
HAT
It's the innocence of him that capture many hearts. But don't be fooled by his fained innocence, he is naughty too. A very typical boy, but adorable nonetheless.
Taken when we were walking down the cobblestone road of an old city. Feeling like a real tourist, he wore this hat.
HANDSOME
Whenever we say, "handsome pose," he would give us this posing! Hahaha! 😂 He is a little model in the making. 😂
I know, I have bombarded this H hunt with my little man's face. Sorry about that. I know every mother can relate why. ❤
(And I have to tag my friend @ninahaskin, who is a fan of his face. 😂😂)
So, this is it, my hunting this week is over.
Thank you so much for hunting with me.
