Welcome to my 
Today is a busy day for me, as I attended a convention. I didn't have time to have my morning walk with all the preparation to do prior to the convention. However I had an early evening walk instead. I also had my abdominal workout!
I spent time in the garden too. So, all in all it was an active day.
