My story of the hug of the tree
I read a little about the therapy of hugging trees. I was stressed out of the office near a school this tree with the trunk surrounded by roots I felt identified.
I embrace it and it unloads in the mental fatigue. Then I asked a friend to take a souvenir photo.
I think I'll keep practicing the hug more often.Thanks you @ kus-knee
