Hello actifitters! Hope you all had a great day. Mine was good and full of activities.
My activity count today is 5k+. I'm certain that it should be more than this. For some reasons, the app do not record my activity when my phone is locked. Plus the fact that it's burdensome for me to always have my phone with me. I sure did engage in lots of activities that weren't recorded. These were gotten through daily activities at home and office and then, intentional walking.
I'm becoming more intentional about maintaining fitness now more than ever. Thanks actifitters for your support and encouragement.
