Do you think society expects women to be strong all the time, even when they need support?

I don't think women should have to be strong all the time. Women have emotions, and they should be allowed to express them without being judged or made to feel weak.

In today's society, you see women balancing motherhood, marriage, business, careers and countless other responsibilities. A woman can be a business owner, a career woman, a wife and a mother, all while trying to keep her home in order.

Some women wake up as early as 4 a.m. just to prepare meals for their children to take to school. They do the cooking, cleaning, laundry, childcare and everything in between. In many homes, a woman is expected to be the chef, cleaner, nanny, caregiver and sometimes even the person holding the entire family together.

And the saddest part? Even when they are sick, exhausted or emotionally drained, many still feel obligated to keep going because society has made these responsibilities seem like their natural duty.

But who takes care of the woman?

Who asks if she is tired? Who notices when she is overwhelmed? Who gives her permission to rest without making her feel guilty?

Women need support. Women need understanding. Women need rest. Women need to be pampered, appreciated and cared for.

A woman should not have to break down before someone realises she needs help. She should not have to earn the right to rest by exhausting herself first. Strong women need soft places to land too.

Let's stop celebrating women's strength while ignoring their struggles. Let's create homes and relationships where women are not just expected to give, but are also supported, loved and cared for. Because women deserve to be cared for too.

Can a woman be happy with her life even if it doesn't look the way she once imagined?

Life itself is unplanned. Growing up, we all had dreams. We had an idea of the people we wanted to become, the lives we wanted to live and the things we hoped to achieve by a certain age. But life doesn't always happen the way we planned.

Sometimes, we look back and have flashbacks of the life we imagined for ourselves. We remember the dreams we had, the goals we set and the places we thought we would be by now. And honestly, it can hurt when we realise that we haven't become everything we once hoped to be.

But does that mean we should be unhappy with the life we have today? Absolutely not.

The fact that you didn't become what you dreamed of becoming doesn't mean your life has lost its value. The fact that things haven't worked out according to your timeline doesn't mean you are a failure.

Life is not a competition, and everyone has their own journey.

Instead of constantly grieving the life we thought we would have, let's learn to appreciate the life we are living now. Celebrate the little victories, enjoy the beautiful moments, make memories, laugh more, love deeply and give ourselves permission to be happy.

Don't be too hard on yourself. You are allowed to change your dreams, start again, take a different path and find happiness in unexpected places.

Live in the moment. Enjoy today. Life is happening right now, not just in the future we keep hoping for.

After all, life goes on, and we deserve to enjoy it while it does.
