Cyanthillium. My first knowledge of this type of flower that grows around the roadside outside of my house. Never been really interested to know about this plants but since I bought a close up lens just a few weeks ago, I've been experimenting with this lens. Not really the sharpest of photo but just good enough for me. Originally, this closed up lens I bought is for a macro video shoots of wedding details and the proper way of using this lens is to mount it on a steady tripod. But since I'm still experimenting in using this closed up lens, perfection is not what I pursue. All the photo that I've taken of this plant is on handheld and that's the reason of the phot lack of sharpness. Plus, the high ISO that I used because this is shoot during the sunsets. No proper lighting were used too.
For me this can be improve further later as I'm not really a macro person. But taking a different scope of photography might just help me of getting burnout on sticking to just one type of photography. Recently, by doing other stuff do leads me to something that refresh and broaden my mind into a new perspectives. I'm starting to get that motivation back again and I'm finding a new story idea's in this randomly activity. Finding that big meaning in a mundane and small frame. This seemingly ordinary looks of Cyanthillium do gives me a peace of mind.
