if we are to have the altseason all others coins apart from BTC must out perform it`s dominance but if you look at the blockchain data i think we may have the altseason after 4 more cycles of BTC halving and the crypto adoption has become more bigger.

LAYER1 : 8.61%
And when you at all others they don`t even sum up to 15% so if you add the dominance of ETH and other coins = 26% we are still very far from the aitseason
