@lizelle I did not write one single name down. I just gave her the empty form. It was beyond ridiculous. I saw earlier on Facebook that some tests only do a throat swab, someone else got tested and they only did a nose swab, for my husband they did both. I am not sure about the accuracy of these tests. Other than the fever and the sore throat I feel fine. I'm sure it's only a flu-bug or something.
