The main reason why the condom was designed is for contraceptive purposes or to prevent sexually transmitted diseases.
After a little bit of research I have found some more uses for the condom that could be very useful.
The condom is a very useful tool when you want to store water, especially if you are on a hiking trip and you don't have space to take a proper water-bottle with you. The condom can expand quite a bit and should take up to two liters of water. I might suggest that you use unlubricated condoms when you want or possibly have to store water. Even better is to fill the condom with water, and put it inside a sock. The sock will protect the condom even further.
Have you ever taken out your favorite game or DVD and it is dirty or scratched?
Use a condom to clean the DVD or CD. For this, you can use a lubricated condom. Rub the condom all over the CD/DVD and wipe it off afterwards. Easy enough and worth a try! By the way, toothpaste works just as well!
Ever tried to open a bottle and it is just impossible?
Why not use a condom to get a better grip and to open the bottle.
Make your own stress-ball!
If you are prone to stress, and are constantly looking for something to play with in your hand, then fill up a condom with bit of cake flour, and play away!
Always carry a condom in your wallet or handbag....it might just be a life saver one day!
