"Rather, be kind and compassionate to one another, and forgive each other, just as God forgave you in Christ". (Ephesians 4:32 | NIV RVR60)

Currently we find many people frustrated in life some because they do not have material goods and willingness to meet their needs, others because they failed as a professional, students, friends, husbands, wives ... others because they have had everything materially but still their lives are a deterioration

And the unfortunate thing is that in the people of God we also find this type of problem, people who attend church and claim to be Christians, however, they still have this problem that more than a conflict is a spiritual problem. Many wonder what is the reason? but they continue to ignore that for this problem there is a reason and it is the "lack of forgiveness".

In this order of ideas it is understood that the person can have everything materially, attend church a beautiful family a good job a good home business etc. But if he is a person who has not understood the mystery of forgiveness, he will always live without inner peace.

Because it has to be understood that inner peace does not give it this kind of thing although they are necessary, it is also necessary and essential to submit our heart to God by blessing our enemies and loving them because we have to learn to forgive, we have to order our life with God and learn to forgive our brothers, families, friends etc. Remembering that when we forgive we should not do it for another but because it is an order from God so that we can live in peace and freedom.

The lack of forgiveness has very unfortunate consequences for our physical and spiritual life, because if we do not forgive God does not forgive our sins. This is established by the word of God in the book of frames
"And when you are praying, if you have anything against someone, forgive him, so that his Father in heaven also forgives you for your sins."
Mark 11:25 (NIV RVR60)

In the same way forgiveness frees us blesses us peace, a peace that surpasses all understanding and helps us to be happy, have health and give love.

Remember that forgiveness must always be present in your life, because it is not an occasional act but is permanent in our lives.
Those words of Jesus pronounced in the book of Matthew 18: 21-22 today more than ever should be latent in all his children if we want to see good days.
"Then Peter approached him and said: Lord, how many times will I forgive my brother who sins against me? Up to seven?
Jesus said to him: I don't tell you until seven, but even up to seventy times seven. " (Reina valera, 1960).
