According to various studies that which causes anxiety is only in our mind and never occurs because of this we must keep in mind that anxiety is only an obstacle to prevent a full razocinio about any situation.

It is also important to highlight the following: When an individual is in a state of anxiety, his powers of perception increase as there is a need for the body to increase the level of certain elements that, in the situation, are below normal .

In this sense and for these reasons Jesus who is always aware of us knew that this condition was inevitable in people and instructs us through this verse to be calm and submit to Him at His will because He will give us relief.
Jesus never wanted man to live an anguished and sad life He longs for us to be happy resting in Him...

As Christians we must come to Him with hope and faith so as not to be filled with fear in the difficult moments of life, trusting that He will take care of us and that we will not gain anything good by anguish because He has promised to be with us every day of our lives until the end of the world...
