Yeah, I was buying them @$4 to get at least close to the 1st airdrop threshold, however, I did another mistake on that front as well, haha. I bought 200 packs on my main account but then realized that I could get an alt account and get 5% back in credits if I buy packs on it. So I currently have 202 packs purchased on my main and 250 on my alt, which kinda sucks but at least I got 1 BCX of Rathe on my alt. So I opened about 160 or so of the packs I initially bought and then decided to sit on the rest and wait for more legendaries to get released (having realized that the Summoners will be the most valuable ones). Well I did not get that far but at least I resisted opening any packs for Carnage Titan, and I did get another copy of Rathe so that's something I guess. :D
It seems I did not pay much attention to what I paid for potions when opening the first batch of packs a while ago but it did hurt a lot buying so many potions yesterday haha. So I totally understand your strategy :D
I could get the title Lord of the Fungus Fiend at some point for sure.. 😂
