Mostly Trail Run - 22K; Weather - warm (17C); scattered clouds; Location - Samokov, Bulgaria; It was a relatively hard effort as the last time I had run half a marathon and over had been about 3 months ago. This means I urgently need to ramp up my longer runs as I have a 100K ulta coming mid June.
