1. Use several layers of clothing
Instead of wearing one or two layers of thick clothes, it's better to wear a thin layer of warm clothes with large quantities. This will warm you up better and you can release the coating as the temperature begins to rise.
2. Wear clothes according to activity
Clothes for skiing will be different from dressing for a fishing activity.
3. Buy or find a warm bot
Ideally, the coating should be made of wool or synthetic wool - not cotton. This layer can be purchased separately. You can buy bots along with layers or use boots two sizes larger than your regular size, and add layers.
4. Synthetic Wool
Wool is the best material even though the synthetic wool can be a pretty good substitute. Winter socks are essential to keep your feet dry and warm. You can wear layered socks, but make sure your feet are comfortable and your blood circulation is well preserved.
5. Wear a quality jacket, parka, or jacket
Generally thicker, better. This applies to synthetic ski jackets, wool coats, or down jackets.
6. Use the base layer
"The base layer" can be a long johns, union suit, underwear, or any kind of clothing that can be used as a thin and warm base for your winter gear. Merino wool has been known as one of the best basic layers.
7. Wear a hat
The belief that most of the body heat out through the head is a myth, but covering all parts of the body will help maintain body temperature.
8. Wear gloves
Your fingers and hands are so easy to cold, so make sure your fingers and hands are covered. Thin gloves (such as "magic gloves") are better than nothing, but comfortable and warm gloves are much more important.
9. Hand Heaters can be useful, especially if you do not have shelter
Hands-on packages can be purchased at outdoor gear stores or hunting supplies stores. Do not use a hand warmer and not a sweater.
10. Use more than one layer of clothing for your feet
Surprisingly, some people wear five layers of clothing, but only one layer of pants. At the very least, wear a base layer like long, deep outer clothing, like snow pants.
11. Keep it dry
Wet conditions will make you feel cooler faster. Wear an outer layer of water.
