Aside from scouting for available products online. The price is a huge factor to consider. That's why I always pick jumia but the reason I prefer konga to jumia is because of how customer friendly they are, I once had an issue with konga on a bad key on my newly purchased laptop and it was fixed within 48hrs of my complaint, but the only problem I've got with konga is that the price of some goods can be relatively high.
