I felt like climbing the rocks at the coastline at the naked beach between Alicante and San Juan
My feet hurt a lit in the end so I used shoes to walk home on the asphalt. flip flops.
the next day I did the same without luggage.
Ah i should mention that I had my sweet dish, tea,... in my backpack. i guess it was about 10 kg of weight and you could see it on my feet the next day.
the 2nd day was hirrible and the pain on the 3rd day would have made some people cry
i on day 3 i preferred gras and soft ground for walking barefoot.
only one day later my feet recovered and I am dtronger than ever before.
try it and grow.
