Science and Germany is a good fit when we go back in time. A lot inventions came from Germany. This is post #2 in the Science area trying to educate the steemit world about Germany - today we speak about the probably most known scientist of the World - Albert Einstein!

Albert Einstein

Albert Einstein was born 14 March 1879 and is known as theoretical physicist. Albert developed the theory of relativity, one of the two pillars of modern physics - the other one being quantum mechanics.

Einstein's work is also known for its influence on the philosophy of science. He is famous for his mass–energy equivalence formula E = mc2. In 1921 he received the Nobel Prize in Physics "for his services to theoretical physics, and especially for his discovery of the law of the photoelectric effect", which is still known as a pivotal step in the evolution of quantum theory.

Being a German he decided to leave his home country based on political developments, while a trip 1933 to the United States when Adolf Hitler came to power - being Jewish he never returned to Germany after his US visit.
