Yeah i mean, making proposals by existing projects at this point is little bit funny especially making one about dapps, it is super easy to make dapps now for sure :). You know how to do things probably, i know how to do things... others waiting for basic infrastructure, meantime hive.blog not working... I can imagine that we could drop everything now actually and focus on proposals :D we will get there... one day someone will make proposal about useful stuff for developers to make dapps :) hehe
