Fancy title for a not so fancy post but i wanted to announce that the Creative Coin Proof of Stake System is now Live in an artistic and symbolic way. Truth be told i created this simple animation about two month ago to accompany an article presenting Creative Coin Project. The article was never written but the gif remained and maybe this is a good opportunity to fuse everything together. It is a big moment for CC as the proof of stake system comes to accompany the already established proof of brain system. This means that CCC holders can now earn passive income by staking the tokens and receiving daily rewards as a form of interest.
The PoS is really simple the more you stake the more you earn. In other words, the more trust you put in the community the more you are rewarded. It is all about trust and hope actually. Trust in the people running the project and hope that they can deliver. I am putting all of my trust in the people because i had the opportunity to see the project from the beggining and to witness the efforts and problems. I saw the relentless chase of non creative posts and the pay out of having now a front end totally clean of anything irrelevant. I saw the open mindness and eagerness to collaborate with other communities to support and create new exciting projects. The youtube promotional videos and the instagram account that is daily updated to attract more attention out of the Steem community. All these and more make my hope stronger and i feel that a new Renaissance is coming for the creative people. A digital global Renaissance where patrons and art lovers have the power to support their favourite artists and on the other hand the creatives have the freedom to express themselves in a friendly environment.
Another piece of exciting news is that we can now see our curation rewards for every single post we voted. It is in our wallets at the Creative Coin front end. We cannot see yet the daily proof of stake rewards but they are staking. Hopefully soon we could be able to see the exact number the same way we see the curation rewards.
