Seven cards are still under 50%, so i don't see any reason for the moment for the SPL team to make any announcement regarding this... The sea have plenty of fish!
I think in October once the new deck is going to be available, a new set of reward cards will replace the ones from the current list... and i think as well is a marketing strategy; if we will knew from now the new cards as rewards, who will even stress to buy them...
