What a better way to celebrate Pi Day than by going to Wanda's Pie in the Sky?
If you have never been to Wanda's Pie in the Sky, you are missing out. They have damn good pie and damn good coffee, too.
They have so many pies to choose from, its a little overwhelming.
They also have fruit pies, nut pies, cream pies and custard pies.
If you aren't a pie guy, there are cakes, tarts, treats, coffees and lunch!
According to Wanda:
She baked her first pie when she was nine using cherries picked from her family’s half-acre fruit-filled paradise. Since that first sour cherry pie, which is still her favorite, she hasn’t looked back.
That's pretty impressive if you ask me.
You can find Wanda's Pie Shop in Kensington Market Toronto. It's a cool neighborhood just to visit if you don't like pies.
