I'm not sure how I feel about them cleaning up the canals and building new homes at the side. They replace wooden shacks; people's homes which have probably been there for donkeys years. Dilapidated and run down and probably dumping waste straight in to the already polluted canals but still, people's homes.
I just wonder where the people in the shacks went.
