Welcome to generosesity blogs ep. 8!
Hello, Hive pet lovers! A few weeks ago, I posted here Part 1 of this blog which our seven out of thirteen dogs were introduced. Now, let me continue with the six remaining dogs.
The Seven out of Thirteen
The Six to Complete the Thirteen
Minggoy
Caloy
Caloy is the sibling of Black-Black. We decided to keep him because when Caloy is still a puppy, he showed me his intelligence and sweetness, and I just can't let him be adopted. Caloy is really a smart dog. He is sensitive to the sounds and voices of human beings. Whenever there are people who will pass by our gate, Caloy will start barking seems like he heard their conversation. He is also separated from some our dogs because majority of our dogs are female and my mom decided to separate the male and female dogs.
Bitoy
Bitoy is such a sickly dog. He is a parvovirus and canine distemper virus survivor. His immune system is really strong because he was able to overcome parvovirus when he was still a puppy (at that time we can bring them to the vet because of the COVID-19 pandemic and our city is in community quarantine). Then, when a canine distemper virus outbreak happened in our house, he also survived while five of our dogs sadly passed away. He is also the most active dog and loves to play and run with Minggoy.
Jasper
Jasper is the son of Chiki and Caloy. Again, it was never our plan but it just happened because accidentally got out in his cage. However, we never regretted keeping Jasper because he is a behave and loving dog. He loves to lean on my back every time I sit on the floor. I just read it somewhere that when dogs lean on you, they are telling you "I love you", it's like one of their love languages. And when I discovered that, my heart melts. I find it cute and heartwarming at the same time.
Chiko
Chiko is the sibling of Jasper. Yes! We keep the two of them. And their two siblings were adopted by my mom's friend who also wants to have dogs and they find our dogs really cute and lovable. Anyway, Chiko is really the opposite of Jasper. Chiko is the most active. He loves to wet himself. Sometimes, when they are playing outside and he will see water stored in a pail, he loves to play with it! I can't believe this dog. But, I'm just thankful that he is always healthy and loving to our other dogs.
Cholo
Cholo is a faithful dog. I think I am the only one that can understand his behavior. When Cholo was still a puppy, he is a complete loner. He isolates himself from the other dogs. However, I never want that to happen. I comforted him as much as I can. I cared and loved him with all my will. As a result, when he grew up he only listens to my voice and commands. I find it strange but still, I'm thankful because he grew up healthy and active. Now, he already wants to play with other dogs.
We consider our dogs as our family. I could not imagine our life without them. They say it is expensive to take care of dogs, but what they don't know is that their love and care for you are unmeasurable and I think money can't buy it. Let's be kind to animals. That would be all for today, I hope I can share with you more about our dogs soon. See you on my next blog!
