I sold a lot of Hive above $3.00
I got lucky doing a power down when we went above $1.00 and I had bought 100K around .10 cent average so I thought I’d sell 20%. Fast forward it hits $3.33 the day power down released and I got two weeks out above $3.00 and another couple above $1.50
All in all sold 95K for $1.90 average
Not bad! I ended up never buying any back, just kept the 30K or so and took the 6 figure profit. To me it was insanely obvious that was a way overboard bubble up. But I must admit, my plan was selling at $1.00 a chunk to take original investment out, the fact it went to $3.33 the day I got 7400 hive released and one week paid for all my HP and then some was just dumb luck. Who bought it above $3.00? I sure love Hive but that was such an obvious overshoot as were 98% of cryptos in 2021, I just don’t get it. But I’ve always been conservative about buying high.
Stocks I feel are just different though, if mainstream longstanding stocks, I’d dollar cost average a little and test waster even if at a high. Just light though.
