That's ends bad every single time frame past decade, or past 6.5 years strictly talking Hive not Steem too. Hive looses big on any comparison long term. I'll always appreciate Hive, I bought a ton at a dime and sold at $3.00 a chunk of it but sold over 100K powering down during that insane move in 2021 getting out at $1.50 average. Did same in 2025 with the 35K I earned the 4 years since that first sale, alt season was Hefner going to last. I appreciate hive giving me chance to make such a profit. But those days are gone. As we see last bitcoin cycle, 99% of alts didn't get close to even a quarter of the 2021 highs, most went below 2022 bear lows while Bitcoin broke 100K. Hive was one of the worst to average.

This place I will always enjoy, though I'm here an hour or two a week now unlike 5 hours a day years back when I treated it as a real investment. Hive will never ever go up versus Bitcoin on any legitimate time frame. A mini pump from .04 to .06 that's lasts a day, sure , technically got a 50% move. I mean any serious time frame. Not a single day where 99.9999% of folks can't pick it in. It's not limited to Hive, it's alt coin market going to rightful price finally after ridiculous moves in 2017 & 2021. Anyone thinking 2025 was a fluke is gonna be crying because this is finally is going to real fair value. We'll see some fun mini pumps at this low market cap, maybe hit .025 & hit .05 after for a so called 100% move, but outside tiny quick mostly manipulated pumps like that we are dying token wise.
