Peace is certainly not impossible. But NATO is making it way harder. We’d of had peace by now otherwise. The east lands whos Russian speaking citizens have been attacked and thousands murdered since the coup in 2014 must be kept safe. Russia is right to want these people’s independent or part of Russia after The betrayal of the accords signed by European nations that are now admitted were just to buy time (Germany former head of state admitted this) then you have the fact in west that the president of Ukraine is likley scared of being taken out by fascist extremist’s. Ironically these Nazis are who the USA armed previously. I’m in no way saying ur average Ukraine citizen is this , but there are thousands who are literally Nazis and they have much political power. They must be stopped for all parties sake! I don’t like that Russia invaded at all! But as I’ve researched the truth over past 18 months I now understand why it went this way. If NATO aka my government (USA) had just agreed not to add Ukraine to NATO we likely wouldn’t be here. Russia is doing what they have to in there eyes. If the west really wanted peace it would happen and could happen fast.
