Thank you, @agmoore! I am not ashamed because it was my conscious decision to live poor in the Philippines instead of having more money in Hong Kong but less freedom and being separated from my son.

Now I have to try out the different options and hope the best for the future. And you are right, it is very important to find a nice tenant who won't cause any problems.
