True wealth is what you are, not what you have.
In my last post I put forward a formula on how to be a good person. Allow me to follow up on this as the New Year beckons us to begin anew again and be resolute about being good for the rest of the coming year.
This is a New Year's greeting from a friend which I am sharing with you.
Be a person full of love and life. Stay simple and be happy.
When things go wrong as they often will don't be blue. Just pray and say the Lord will see me through.
Whatever your cross, whatever your burden, whatever your pain, God will always send a rainbow after the rain. There will always be a silver lining at the end of the tunnel of trials and tribulations.
When your mind is clean and your heart is pure, when your character is Godly and true... that is wealth. True wealth is truly what you are, not what you have.
Love who you can.
Help where you can.
Give what you can.
Pray when you can.
May God bless us more and always! Happy New Year!
The photos of our 3-month old kitten Pickles were taken by my daughter @jacinta.sevilla. I just thought it would be cool to use them in my New Year's greeting to you. Hope you like them.
