En el convivir diario siempre encontraremos personas o circunstancias que hacen que nos sintamos debiles o que no somo lo suficientemente fuerte para afrontar todo lo que se va presentando; Vivimos rodeados de opiniones ajenas, críticas destructivas y un ruido constante que parece diseñado para hacernos dudar de nuestras capacidades y hacernos sentir pequeños. Sin embargo, cuando la vida me desafía y pone a prueba mi resistencia, encuentro mi mayor refugio y mi fuente absoluta de poder en el legado más valioso que poseo: los principios y valores que mis padres sembraron en mi corazón.
TIn our daily lives, we will always encounter people or circumstances that make us feel weak or as though we aren’t strong enough to face everything that comes our way. We live surrounded by the opinions of others, destructive criticism, and a constant din that seems designed to make us doubt our abilities and feel small. However, when life challenges me and tests my resilience, I find my greatest refuge and my ultimate source of strength in the most valuable legacy I possess: the principles and values my parents instilled in my heart.

Gracias a sus sabios consejos, aprendí a construir una armadura mental contra las opiniones malintencionadas de los demás. Por esta razón, mi brújula inquebrantable en medio de cualquier tormenta es mi propia voz interior. Cuando el entorno se vuelve caótico y gris, decido hacer silencio, apartar las distracciones, conectarme conmigo misma y confiar plenamente en la certeza de que estoy haciendo las cosas bien. Camino con la tranquilidad de que actúo con honestidad, bondad y con el corazón por delante. For this reason, my unwavering compass in the midst of any storm is my own inner voice. When the world around me becomes chaotic and bleak, I choose to be still, set aside distractions, connect with myself, and trust fully in the certainty that I am doing things right. I walk with the peace of mind that I act with honesty, kindness, and with my heart leading the way. The courage to get back up and keep moving forward doesn’t come from seeking the applause or approval of the whole world; it comes from honoring the valuable lessons I learned at home and remembering that within me lies all the strength I need to keep walking with my head held high.
