Glitches like this happen. When it's your bank though, I'm sure it caused quite a bit of panic. But I have no love for BoA or Chase, so I hope they lose a ton of customers.

Now days there are other banking options and people should move their money.

In fact, they shouldn't have all their money in one bank at all, if they have any money that is. Many have almost no savings with the way things have been for the last decade or two though.
