Seems to me like we should consider ways to curtail this behavior, as it seems to keep happening. Community voting pools is one thing...that has irked me immeasurably in the past, but self voting through multiple accounts is something altogether worse entirely.

Perhaps somehow votes should have less worth the more often someone votes for one person within a given time period.
