That is a good questions that I don't have an answer for. If you figure it out let me know too. But probably it has to do with Hive prices going up. As you pointed out it is a recent phenomenon and a pleasant surprise.

I do like coding but I am not a Hive developer. I don't think there is any magic formula. The only formula I have used since the very beginning is in my profile:
