Hello to all SWC athletes and Hive users! I hope you are doing very well. On this occasion, I want to share my intense leg training day, held this morning at the iconic pull-up bar park of the Diego Armando Maradona Sports Center.

As is customary every Saturday, a solid group of teammates gathered to attack the lower body. In SWC, group support is fundamental; being a significant number of athletes allows us to give each other that extra push needed to complete demanding routines. We started the session with squats, focusing on proper depth. At first, we felt some stiffness because the muscles were "cold," but as the sets progressed, the quads warmed up and we achieved a steady, powerful pace.

Subsequently, we moved on to lunges. I must admit that this exercise became a true metabolic and muscular challenge due to the fatigue accumulated from the previous block. However, we kept our focus on core stability to avoid any unnecessary swaying. To finish the push work, we performed an additional quad variant, ensuring complete stimulation.

We couldn't end the session without balancing the work, so we finished with a specific exercise for the hamstrings. Throughout the entire routine, our absolute priority was to execute each repetition with the best possible technique, understanding that in calisthenics, movement quality always prevails over quantity.

After completing the last set, we took a short break to catch our breath and share thoughts on the workout before leaving the park. It was a morning of great discipline and camaraderie, reminding us that leg work is the pillar of a well-rounded athlete.
