Hive-Engine v. Tribaldex

Hey there Hivians,

Recently came across Tribaldex due to the diesel pools mentioned by @splinterlands in their recent article. In the same article, they congratulate @hive-engine for their work on this.

Question: Are Hive-Engine and Tribaldex run by the same people? If so, is there a reason to use one over the other (besides the pools obviously)?
