Good to read your post, sad to hear you are having a rough time at the moment.
If we stay resiliant in the battle and do it consistently over time, there is strenght to be gained, for sure.
The tendency to give up or just make things worse during these periods definitely a big player in my life. I am just beginning to process a year's worth of troubles this past few weeks, so you're not alone, if that helps.
