I feel you on this one. I ran into a similar issue recently and decided to reach out to contact nbc. They walked me through clearing my cache and checking my internet settings. The rep even suggested updating my app version, which fixed everything. It wasn’t instant, but it worked out eventually just make sure you’ve got all the app details handy when you call.
