A transaction on my Green Dot card didn’t go through, and I couldn’t figure out why. I ended up calling the green dot corporation phone number for answers. The representative walked me through my account activity and discovered a temporary hold. They were polite and fixed the issue right away. I wish their alerts were more clear, but the support was helpful overall.
