I can agree with that however, looking at the prime suspect isn't jumping to a conclusion. The evidence itself will show conclusively what happened and if radiation is detected now an entire new can of worms will be opened.

And I have a feeling that part of the reason why the delay is happening is because they need to get nuclear forensic pathologists out to these locations.
