I have a Sawyer water filter here in the USA there $20 piece and they can filter 100,000 gallons of water.

They are cleanable and you can even put them in line with the old ones first.

Simple water pressure can be used to push the fluid through the filter.

It wouldn't be that hard or in the community to do a fundraiser for such a simple goal and as well whatever shipping is to your part of the world.
