Yep it's definitely helping and not near as harsh on my throat!

The back of the package said to turn it up on high. That actually really trashed my throat, and I really noticed the difference.

Turned it back to low and little puffs!

Hopefully this won't take too long! Yeah my body better heal so I can blaze again...
