Excellent post. And the only thing powerful enough to affect global weather is number one the sun number two impacts for outer space number 3 volcanoes. And number four nuclear winter caused by ourselves...

Taxes aren't going to change the output of the sun it's definitely not going to move a comment or asteroid. And it's definitely not going to stop volcanoes.

Arguably it wouldn't stop taxation itself because of course the criminal governments love to tax everything they can.
