It is absolutely amazing how much prosecutorial misconduct as well as law enforcement bias was involved in this case. Over and over you are seeing so many major issues and abuse of power as well as outright negligence.
Personally where is the charges for the two homicides and the gross injury. Zaminski deserves charges as well as jump kick man and then also other people involved in this entire incident.

And what really stands out to me is that Kyle said he didn't re-rack his gun however he did admit that he saw the bolt was open and hit the forward assist to make sure that the bolt was fully closed.
Then we also have apparently two shots that were fired at jump kick man that got him to run off.
