Huge clean out and I've now got knives and weapons coming out of my ears...
My Kal Rey knucks.... Oh baby...
These things are absolutely amazing and fit phenomenally. I absolutely love these things and hopefully never will have to use them.
My Spyderco Police models.
I've had a few of these and love them. Rocking big blade for a folder and a wicked edge. Mmmm
The cold steel SRT has been there done that. And bailed me out of an amazing situation of being stuck.in the snow. Good job Philly 👍.
Yep held it's edge all the way through chopping apart a tree holding his truck. While I played logger with a shotgun and bird load. No saw or axe to use. Well it took all of the 3 boxes of shells to get that tree chopped down.
And just wait. It gets better. While plowed drunk... Lol.
Love my blades. And maybe it's time to downsize the collection.
Got the bowie...
That coffin hilt...
Absolutely amazing piece that really doesn't fit inside of a picture.
Although it does fit the back side of somebody's skull really well. I should know I have the prototype of this that survived violent crime so I'm particularly attached to this one and can say with a certainty that we will not let go of that.
Then of course the infamous Kershaw leek....
Absolutely phenomenal with the explosively welded blade. Yep that wavy line is actually a sheet of what looks to be copper but doesn't corrode. It is sandwiched in between D2 tool steel for the edge and I'm not exactly sure what the softer mild steel is for the spine. However it is absolutely legendary.
Set up for tip up Carry here.
I have only owned about 20 of these and this one was a gift from my brother for waiting outside with him through the cold and wet at the Kershaw factory sale where he got this for I believe 40 bucks where it is normally $120 knife.
And it is worth every penny absolutely form fitting to the hand for cutting tasks and has such a thin profile it just slips into your pocket and you forget about it until you need it. One of my absolutely favorite knives. I do believe I have arguably carried one of these longer than I have carried the Spyderco police models.
I took one of these knives to my Indonesian penjak silat training under Guru Stevan Plinck.
It actually was perfectly designed because the short hilt fits right into the pocket underneath your thumb and projects the point out perfectly the way that they use the knife for maximum tip articulation. A handy bonus is the fact that you can just use your grip to orient The edge 180° with the same hand grip.
Yep absolutely phenomenal. I really love this little knife and the speed safe assisted opening along with the little flipper projecting from the spine which when the blade rotates becomes an integral handguard preventing you from sliding down the blade on a stab.... Oh yeah....
Party!!!!!
And of course since we are enjoying the day might as well show you all the damage to my dabber.
After 2 oz of oil this thing has seen rough times and I think it's about time for a replacement.
Which thankfully I have been dabbing this past ounce of oil for quite a long time now and I'm really excited I'm being able to hopefully quit smoking cigarettes by the end of the year.
Part of that is due to Oregon taxes increasing $2 per pack so an $8 pack of cigarettes now cost you $10....
It looks like the tobacco industry is being taxed into Oblivion.
Well it is a reasonable sacrifice in my life because that frees up more money that I could normally waste into something productive. Like for dog...
Well lets see what happens soon. I'm.guessing it won't be that bad at all.
