This is one of the most reasonable articles I've read lately on this topic. I for one believe in a tax for instant power down while incentivizing holders for not dumping on the market. Looks interesting because this has nothing to do with the existing inflation rate. I hope that this change is implemented because we have too long treated profit-taking as a sin in this community.
