A "railfan, who's channel is Capital City Rail Productions, has been accused of flipping a switch that led an oncoming train into a siding where a railcar was sitting, causing the train to hit the car and derail. Originally, news sources thought he was a witness. Once BNSF Railway conducted its investigation, all evidence pointed towards Capital City being the culprit.
After I made this video, Capital City's YouTube was terminated, and he was arrested
