The Hellblade creators are already preparing their next game

Ninja Theory does not want to take a longer break and lie on the Hellblade laurels and start work on their next project. This is clear from a job advertised by the studio looking for a senior combo designer. The original definition given in the announcement is "an exclusive senior designer combine to work under the creative director's direction."

Speculation has already begun on what DmC and Hellblade can do: Senua's Sacrifice: Can it be a sequel to Hellblade? Or a new Devil May Cry? Or is it a whole new IP?

Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice was an unexpected hit in 2017. The game was well received by both gamers and critics. The success of the game stands out, even more, considering that it does not come from a big studio with a solid advertising wallet and hundreds of developers, but from an independent studio that does not use the help of an external publisher.
