I wonder about the "obey" part.

I wonder if it is okay to disobey a law that criminalizes killing, or a law against stealing, or a law against abusing children.

I mean there are laws that you yourself would want people to "obey". How would you enforce those laws btw. if not by having a police that "polices" them?
